Protect yourself from poor air quality due to the California wildfires:

๐Ÿ  Stay indoors

๐Ÿ™…‍๏ธ Close windows

๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Run A/C, if possible

Smoke levels can change throughout the day so stay indoors during smokier times.

โš ๏ธ Smoke alerts have been issued for several California counties!

๐Ÿ• Limit outdoor activity

๐Ÿ”„ Run A/C (re-circulate to prevent outside air from moving inside), if possible

๐Ÿ˜๏ธ Stay indoors with windows + doors closed

๐Ÿ“ฑ Stay up-to date on air conditions at www.airnow.gov

โš ๏ธ Regions that are miles away from fires can have poor air quality. Some Californians are more at-risk than others:

• Children

• Women who are pregnant

• Older adults

• People with existing lung or heart conditions
