The RPD Explorers program offers educational training for young adults about law enforcement's purposes, mission, and objectives. It includes career orientation, leadership development, and community service opportunities. Its main goals are to guide young adults who have interest in possible law enforcement careers and encourage responsible citizenship. The program integrates training, community service, and ride-alongs in police vehicles.
